We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We do not share your phone number or other personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our scheduling and communications platforms, and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Text Messaging Terms

Program description. The StudyPro sends text messages related to scheduling, program availability, waitlist openings, appointment reminders, and general customer service. Messages come from 571-717-5321.

Consent. You will only receive text messages from us if you have given consent, such as by checking the box on one of our forms or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any of our programs or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with us and the programs your student is enrolled in.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further text messages. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by contacting us.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or 571-321-5800.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to communicate with you about our programs and services. We do not sell, rent, or share these numbers with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for any purpose other than delivering the messages you have consented to receive.

Your Rights

As our user, you have the right to be informed about how your data is collected and used. You are entitled to know what data we collect about you and how it is processed.
